These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of licenses for SAM, published by cdelord, registered under SIRET not available yet.
The product sold consists of a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license for SAM.
Unless otherwise stated:
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
VAT is not applicable under the French micro-business regime.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French CGI.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details provided to the customer.
The license is delivered once receipt of funds has been confirmed.
Delivery is made electronically:
Indicative delivery time: within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
The customer is granted a personal right of use.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
